Julie Damey, legal expert at Normal followed her partner to Aarhus in 2019. Now she is about to become a mother.



Kader Maikal language teacher at Aarhus Gymnasium including the IB diploma programme is one of the many international talents who are making a big difference in our city's local and international schools.

Lolenga Mock made it from African Championin 1998  to World Champion in 2019 with many more titels in between. He has his home in Aarhus and is one of the international stars we have in the area.



Teigane Mackay moved from Australia in 2021 to take on a new role as Lead Data Scientist at Vestas. She now has her home in Aarhus - and from here the rest of Europe is always within reach, Teigane emphasises.



Mette Hoberg Tønnesen has traveled the world owing to her former job in The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mette is now back in Denmark, more specifically Aarhus, because she got the opportunity to start a new job at The Link working locally as well as globally on improving the startup community in and around Aarhus.



Nataliya Kobina
has lived in Aarhus since 2006 and works as a senior specialist at Danish Crown. Her best advise for newcomers in Aarhus is to find a place to do their hobbies, so you can connect with people with similar interests.



The Fazekas family 
have lived all around the world in big cities and had to use cars to get around. Now they love to bike around the city of Aarhus. They moved to Aarhus in 2019 for work. A huge benefit here was the Aarhus International School, where their kids could start.
