Mangler du arbejdskraft? Få inspiration til at tiltrække internationale medarbejdere

The event will be in English - see English text below the Danish text.

Program:

  • Ankomst, registrering og netværk
  • Velkomst ved Helle Bastrup, Headstart Career og Erhverv Aarhus
  • Case v. Marlene Kristensen, General Manager, Scandic The Mayor
  • Case: v. Maria del Carmen Riccio-Kjærgaard, ejer, Risskov Teknik & Solar
  • Tak for i dag

The shortage of labor is a significant challenge in many industries. Projections show that by 2030, we will face a shortage of up to 99,000 skilled workers as large generations retire, while fewer young people enter the workforce. So, what can you and your company do to secure the talented hands and minds needed as the job market changes so rapidly?

An obvious solution is to find future employees abroad or hire unemployed international residents living here. Therefore, we are focusing on how you can get started or take the next step to ensure that your company has the necessary resources in the future.

You’ll have the opportunity to hear inspiring case studies from two companies that have had positive experiences hiring international labor and the considerations they are making regarding future international hires.

Additionally, you can connect with several important local initiatives that you and your company can use to ensure that your international colleagues thrive both on and off the job, becoming part of a network and the local community.
